Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Employee Experience Business Analyst to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.  You will support analysis and design for our culture & workplace programme, whilst driving the cultural and people transformation through delivery of key culture and ways of working projects.
 

What you will do:

  • Support the organisation to map current and future state culture and workplace experience and support value streams to deliver initiatives to reach strategic goals
  • Work as part of a cross functional team to support the design, development and delivery of our cultural transformation
  • Help to build business analysis and agile capability as well as outside-in thinking across esure through training and coaching
  • Work with the facilities & IT teams to develop and execute our new ways of working, including location strategy
  • Collaborate across the business to clearly define more flexible working approaches for all teams & work with senior leadership to deliver to their teams
  • Drive the delivery of new ways of working across esure, including physical environment fit out
  • Support Product Owners and wider teams to ensure people change is managed successfully across esure

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • A passion for culture, workplace and people change with a real focus of putting people at the heart of everything you do
  • Experience working within and supporting organisational transformation
  • Sound knowledge of human centred design tools and techniques
  • Ability to build capability and inspire change across the organisation
  • Ability to present information and detail in an understandable way for the business and technology teams
  • Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically getting to outcomes - comfortable to dig in and troubleshoot as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal effectively with people from a variety of background and disciplines
  • Experience working in or knowledge of the Agile methodology
