Job Description

•Design engaging new digital learning courses that are relevant to esure Group’s regulatory requirements

•Manage and curate e-learning design from start to finish across at least 20 solutions

•Review and re-design existing digital learning courses and improve current training offers

•Collaborate with subject matter experts on content, design and sign off process

•Manage subject matter experts’ expectations and scope for digital design

•Influence and manage multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines

•Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to deploy digital learning solutions effectively

•Continuously review and improve learning content / experience based on user feedback

•Shape learning solutions and challenge senior stakeholders to achieve great outcomes for colleague learning

•Prioritise and manage multiple learning design solutions within required timescales

•Produce annual plan and articulate progress against this

•Provide MI to content owners and wider business as required

•Manage daily LMS administration, monitoring the MyLearning inbox responding to any queries in a timely and professional manner

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills (essential)
