We are currently recruiting for a Finance Transformation Programme Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to play a key part in supporting our transformation programme. 

At esure, our transformation programme is Group wide - including our CFO operations area - where we are building a best in class function as an integral part of our aim to transform the industry. In this critical role you will define, agree and document the scope for large scale change projects. You will be responsible for their planning, scheduling and resourcing then seeing these through to delivery and successful go live for all workstreams.

We are looking for a high-quality approach to project/programme identification and planning, with the creative and implementable solutions that will lead to an Agile CFO function. Assessing and resolving risks and issues, including creating contingencies, you will ensure that business decisions are taken at the right time and communicated to sponsors and senior stakeholders across the business.

With excellent programme delivery skills, you will bring experience in large scale transformation projects, and the creative flair to build and implement new and effective Finance solutions for a digitally focussed business.

A thorough understanding of regulated environments is essential with a strong financial or accountancy background being highly advantageous. You have a passion for innovation and for delivering programmes using modern Agile techniques and methodologies. This is a pivotal role for esure Group’s wider Finance team and Transformation programme. This will suit an individual with strong interpersonal skills who is results driven and real enthusiasm for developing and enabling capability across the CFO function.
