Job Description

We are currently looking for a TOM Lead to join us on a fixed term contract basis. You will play a critical role within the Business Readiness team and drive esure’s transition to a digital first operating model.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, champion and oversee the execution of our new Digital Operating model; a full organisation transformation across esure
  • Collaborate with key value stream stakeholders, specifically Customer Proposition, to design and deliver an effective operating model and ensure successful and timely delivery of new customer propositions over the next 4 years
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to define design principles, the future operating framework (people, process and technology) and associated objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Carry out a current state assessment and define transition state models to take the organisation towards the Blueprint model
  • Design and implement a governance approach to ensure a co-ordinated approach to TOM implementation
  • Lead (collaborating with relevant teams) the development of all TOM artefacts including; organisation structures, process taxonomies decision rights (including RACI models), governance structures, capability maps, organisation designs and role profiles
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Business Readiness team, the Value Streams and the broader people team to effectively drive delivery of the Blueprint

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Digital Target Operating Model design and delivery experience; championing digital first customer journeys
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation programmes preferably in a scaled Agile / digitally native organisation
  • Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically getting to outcomes - comfortable to dig in and troubleshoot as needed
  • Willing to challenge business / commercial logic, supported by facts
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong leadership presence – ability to manage communication with key senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, able to adeptly navigate across teams and subject areas and to operate in complex environments
