Job Description

At esure, we’re a growing business with big plans to transform our business and disrupt the insurance market through the design and implementation of new technologies built around data.

Role Purpose:

To take responsibility for project analysis and design, ensuring outcome traceability across project cycles throughout all development, testing, training and business readiness elements.

As one of our Business Analysts you’ll be part of a team that evaluates change requests, working with Delivery and Product Managers to influence outcomes, maximising business benefit. You’ll document and analyse functional and non-functional specifications, co-ordinating requirements for review and approvals as part of project scope and planning.

It’s an integral part of our business success, together with providing estimates for all projects in the analysis phase for all stakeholder groups. You’ll also be involved in the presentation of solutions and options post problem analysis for production and project delivery issues.

As an experienced Business Analyst you’ll know that a key skill of the role is communication. Whether that is presenting and translating technical information to non-technical people, or non-technical requirements to technical people, it’s a skill that calls for excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand project requirements and issues  from different perspectives, and to reconcile them.

Together with first class analytical and problem solving skills you’ll bring experience in Agile, using it to define “as is” and “to be” states in journeys, operating models, business process, and MI and reporting.

It’s a great opportunity to build a career with a leading brand in the insurance industry that is changing the way the insurance market works through technological transformation. We’re a business adapting to our customers’ needs through attracting the best people there are – and we’d like you to be one of them
