Job Description

We are currently looking for a Benefits Realisation Lead to join us on a fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that the financial and non-financial benefits outlined in the Blueprint business case are delivered in line with the plan.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver against key financial and operational KPIs set out within the Blueprint business case 
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive benefits realisation plan for the entire esure business
  • Develop a coordinated benefits realisation approach, working collaboratively with other members of the Business Readiness team, the Transformation Office and the Value Stream teams
  • Proactively identify potential deviations from forecast benefits and identify and implement course corrective actions
  • Plan and own business cutover approach
  • Own go / no-go decision process, including development of go-live assessment criteria
  • Working with Technology Operations, manage decommissioning of legacy platforms and systems

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven track record of working as part of large scale transformation programmes
  • Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically getting to outcomes - comfortable to dig in and troubleshoot as needed
  • Willing to challenge business / commercial logic, supported by facts
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong leadership presence – ability to manage communication with key stakeholders
  • Financial acumen
