Job Description: 

Technical Business Analyst position on the Development and support team responsible to work with business and technical team for day to day activities.

Responsibilities include: 

• Technical background with understanding in software development life cycle.

• Must have prior experience working in Identity and Access Management.

• Ensuring that the project is proceeding towards the right goals.

• Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.

• Partners with development and business teams to provide reporting on software solutions.

• Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.

Skills Required 

• Bachelors degree or higher in engineering with 3-6 years of BA experience

• Proficient working knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office (Power Point, Project, Word, Excel, and Visio)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Good organizational skills including attention-to-detail and multi-tasking skills 

Relevant Years of Experience: 4+ 

Must Have Business Qualifications:

• Good Communication Skills. 

• Prior experience on working in Identity and Access Management.
