Role: SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Job Description:-

• Understand and have implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing modules

• Ability to work with Key Data from Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding SF modules to complete data mapping and structure analysis of: purging, splitting and identifying correct organizational data for a cloned SF instance for a subsidiary of a Corporate Organizational entity

• Ability to test migrated for all three in-scope modules and have discussion with appropriate client data around issues, fixes and remedial actions

• BA/BS plus prior SF knowledge and implementation experience including data migration, testing and strong Onboarding functionality

• 3-5 years of SAP and SF Implementation experience including implementation experience with Onboarding and Recruitment Suite. 1-2 years’ experience with legacy to SF data migration and testing of same.
