- Must have minimum 7+ Years of Experience in IT Industry.
- Work closely with product and project teams
- Participate in Scrum meetings to understand Sprint needs
- Lead and mentor an Offshore team of AEM Developers
- Ensure code quality, and meet delivery timelines
