Job Description

Role Overview

This isn’t a support desk job. It’s a user-centric, growth-driven role that directly impacts platform success, user satisfaction, and retention.

As the Platform Success Analyst, you’ll ensure users don’t just log in — they thrive, engage, return, and refer others. From onboarding and lifecycle marketing to community building and product support, you’ll own the user experience and drive results across the board.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, content, and tech to enhance user journeys and convert first-time learners into lifelong advocates.

Key Responsibilities

User Engagement & Retention

  • Design and deliver smooth, high-impact onboarding experiences
     

  • Monitor user behavior and proactively address drop-offs and churn
     

  • Run surveys, interviews, and check-ins to gather actionable insights
     

  • Plan and execute lifecycle email campaigns to drive engagement and reactivation
     

Customer Success & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries (chat, email, Zoom, etc.)
     

  • Resolve issues with speed, clarity, and a commitment to delight
     

  • Track user sentiment and escalate product feedback to the tech team
     

  • Maintain and improve Help Center content, tutorials, and documentation
     

Community Engagement

  • Build and moderate online user communities (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn)
     

  • Host virtual events, office hours, and campaigns that foster user connection
     

  • Activate power users and brand advocates within the community
     

Product & Platform Support

  • Act as a power user of Kryptr’s platform features and tools
     

  • Collaborate on product feature launches and updates
     

  • Identify bugs or usability issues and assist in prioritizing fixes
     

Reporting & Insights

  • Track key performance indicators (onboarding rates, churn, retention, NPS, etc.)
     

  • Translate user data into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams
     

  • Support user segmentation and targeting based on behavior patterns
     

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, user operations, email marketing, or community management
     

  • Strong communicator who can engage users across channels
     

  • Empathetic but analytical — you understand what moves people and why
     

  • Curious, resourceful, and unafraid to get your hands dirty
     

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating platforms, tools, and light data work
     

 Bonus Points

  • Experience in edtech, SaaS, or community-led product environments
     

  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or email platforms
     

  • Demonstrated ability to manage support operations or engagement campaigns
     

  • Experience running online events or moderating user forums
