Job Description
What You’ll Do
1. Senior HR Consultant/Associate
As the Senior HR Consultant/Associate, you will be responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives designed by the consulting team at HQ while managing HR operations for a 12-month period. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizational Design and Development: Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and drive transformation.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strategic Implementation: Execute HR strategies developed by HQ, ensuring effective alignment with organizational objectives.
- Employee Support and Development: Facilitate training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of a multi-phase consulting engagement, managing multiple workstreams while also contributing directly to deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Oversight: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across workstreams and phases.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with project goals.
- Business Analyst Deliverables: Conduct analyses, create reports, and document processes that support the overall project objectives.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and resolution of issues.

3. Senior Analyst/Project Manager (Abuja)
As the Senior Analyst/Project Manager, you will play a dual role, stepping into Lead Consultant responsibilities when required while also handling business analysis tasks. This role requires occasional presence in Abuja. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables, stepping in for the Lead Consultant when needed.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and solutions for the client.
- Documentation Excellence: Create high-quality deliverables, including business plans, reports, and feasibility studies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, and teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.

4. HR Associate
As the HR Associate, you will provide short-term HR support (approximately two months) focused on consolidating ongoing work and ensuring a smooth operational transition. Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic Input: Provide insights and contribute to HR strategies that consolidate ongoing work and prepare for closure.
