Job description – Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts

As a Consultant at this Cloud Solutions company, you are responsible

for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working

closely with our customers to intimately understand their business

processes and develop solutions using your deep knowledge of

Salesforce Consultants know how to engage with customers, ask the

right questions, explain difficult concepts so that they are easy to

understand, and start solving problems right from the start. Above

all else, the ideal candidate will also possess an intense passion for

ensuring lifetime customer success on Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process review workshops and perform detailed

analysis of client business requirements

• Develop solutions to business requirements using Salesforce and

Force.com platform capabilities

• Mentor and manage team members on Salesforce best practices,

consulting, and project management

• Create project deliverables such as business requirements, solution

design, functional specifications, and report of findings

• Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality

and framework

• Develop training curriculum and deliver end-user training

• Migrate data from customer legacy systems using Salesforce data

migration tools

• Manage technical teams for Force.com development and integrations to

other business applications

• Senior Software Business Analyst -5+ years for SBA

* need 1 to 3 yrs + as a Junior  Software Business Analyst 

Business Systems Consultant for mid to large sized organizations

• Sr BA 3+ years of Salesforce experience for BA – need 1-2 years +

• Salesforce Administrator certification a plus

• Salesforce Advanced Administration certification a plus

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification a plus

• Salesforce Developer certification a plus

• Experience with enterprise integration tools

• Attention to detail is a must

• Highly driven individual who can self-manage in a fast-paced environment

• Insanely focused on customer success
