Are you amazing on the phones fearless to bring in new business that once the client pays us you get commissions on your efforts. For the client you bring in you will get a bonus on ALL THE ROLES the company fills regardless if you fill it or not. THIS IS LOCATED IN A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING. WE ARE CLOSE TO LESLIE/SHEPPARD OR DON MILLS/SHEPPARD , DVP OR 401 AND TTC BUS DROPS OFF RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING

THERE IS A RESTAURANT IN THE BUILDING AND MALLS CLOSE BY

In this role, you would be responsible for helping primarily in the SALES Recruitment division, as well as supporting other areas. This position would be suitable for someone who wants to get into a career in Recruitment SALES.-Must be able to prove during the volunteer  2-3 months period that you have gotten NEW clients onboard and NEW job orders for staff --  then we will discuss a paid position at a later date. )

If you speak good English along with fluetly another language we are interested in hearging from you this is not a must you can speak only English.

Primary Responsibilities Include
• Assisting in updating our candidate files for new information, by calling and/or emailing candidates that have been previously interview

Must be comfortable on the phone and computer

Must be desire to be part of a Start UP with an owner with over 15 years in the industry now building a Recruitment Firm for a niche in the industry
• Searching resume databases for possible candidates for our clients' positions
• Posting of positions on our website, as well as other sites****
• Doing research on companies that might be hiring
• Helping Company at job fairs
• Possibly interviewing candidates for the purpose of placing them with Company clients
• Attending networking and conferences, as required (e.g. Career Fairs, HR dinners, etc.)
• Other duties, as assigned

Essential Qualifications
• Well-organized, detail-oriented individual
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, are required
• Someone who wants to work either in a recruitment firm/employment agency

• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system, is an asset
• Excellent typing and computer skills
