Job Description

Managing Consulting team
 Performance review/management
 White space management
  Proactively managing resource billable utilization
  Training/continual education
  Project Management
  Manage team's implementations
  Proactively ensure successful project completion
  Work towards customer reference- ability
  Guarantee quality and consistency of service delivery
  Manage escalated client issues
  Continual Improvement
  Contribute towards Implementation methodology improvements
  Develop, document and implement processes/tools to improve service delivery
    Pre-sales Support

Qualifications

Educational and typical years experience needed for this role.
    * Bachelor's degree with 3-6 year experience managing direct reports
    * 5+ years experience in a complex software environment
    * 5+ years experience in a Professional Services/Consulting environment
    * Understanding of a database application
    * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    * Strong inter-personal skills
    * Strong organizational ability is required as the candidate will be required to manage multiple                                    projects accordingly
    * Ability to lead and influence cross-functionality, with leadership, peers and subordinates
    * Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be able to travel to the     United States
