Job Description

This job provides overall coordination and support in the areas of process improvement, rent payment and receipt and database management.

- As a prior Leasing Administrator do you have Strong background in lease abstracting and interpretation?
- What Knowledge of the desk top audit process--did you gain and where?

- Provide an example of your Excellent planning and organizing skills?
- Provide an example when you had to use negotiation skills.

- What are your Strong Leasing CMMS software application skills (knowledge of RealSuite is an asset if other software please list on resume) ?
- Are you strong in Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint?
