Job Description

Our offer to you is inside sales management role overseeing sales professionals and lead generators in the Foreign Exchange industry.
 
You will need to create and roll out your strategy that exceeds expectations, sell it to the troops, and hold the team accountable for its daily performance. Most importantly you will coach and motivate to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership within a B2B sales environment.​  You have experience dealing with small, medium and large organizations and are comfortable interacting with C-level executives.​  You are consultative in your approach and are a “solution provider”.

Duties:

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities within the assigned sales region; this includes but is not limited to:

  • Working with Marketing Administration team to define a lead generation strategy and plan of action that incorporates key targeted segments, lead qualification, sales penetration and results tracking.
  • Oversee, directly and indirectly manage all aspects of the marketing lead generation strategy to fill sales pipeline with qualified leads
  • Coaching, mentoring and leading a team of winning Lead Generators and Sales Representatives throughout the region
  • Maintain and grow close partnerships with our internal key stakeholders  
  • Creating and implementing effective sales materials

Qualifications

  • University education in business/marketing
  • Hands-on and professional leadership style with a passion for sales and a sense of urgency
  • Based on targeted vertical segments, identify and source leads from raw prospect database.
  • Upload, assign and manage qualified leads to CRM systems (Maximizer)
  • Proven track record of growing sales, leading a sales team, and putting the customer first
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience plus 2 more years of sales management experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners and  other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid computer skills, including competency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior work experience in foreign exchange or financial markets would be considered an asset
