Job Description

Position Details:
You will handle the Inbound Customer Service aspect and  handle Outbound Sales support in the telecommunication industry. All calls will be coming in from the Quebec region.

All applicants must be able to communicate fluently in FRENCH & ENGLISH.
All applicants must have excellent writing ability in French and will be tested.

  • Passion and dedication in Customer Service and Sales conversion

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Language Skills: French {Fluent} – Technical vocabulary required       - MUST   HAVE
  •                                  English {Fluent} – Technical vocabulary required    - MUST   HAVE
  • Minimum high school diploma**
  • Professional and courteous telephone manners
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)
