Professionals with this client have a specific focus on delivering client solutions in areas such as:

• Strong analytical skills in the areas of customer/partner segmentation, cost-to-serve and channel optimization analytics
• Building the organization strategy and operating models for Commercial Areas to effectively target the growth opportunities
• Channel Resource Optimization Analytics for all channels including Web, VAR, Inside Sales and Direct Sales
• Technology enabled process and solution architecture to enable routes- to-market at speed
• Working experience in Sales and Marketing organizations in B2B , B2C and B2B2C organizations

Key responsibilities may include:

• Identify and build successful client solutions, working collaboratively across Accenture's service lines and operating groups to bring the right resources to bear
• Manage all day-to-day aspects of work stream activities functioning as a work stream lead
• Help identify and develop client relationships and new business opportunities
• Manage engagements various sizes, with responsibility for financial performance as well as content
• Develop insightful analysis and candid recommendations when faced with ambiguity
• Scope and frame engagement approaches, design and drive insightful analysis, and deliver implementation recommendations
• Develop primary and secondary research plans as well as analysis plan design
• Present analysis and recommendations to clients, from day-to-day contacts up to C-level management
• Oversee relationships with third party vendors and agencies
• Lead and contribute actively in firm and practice development initiatives/intellectual capital
• Train/mentor teams of consultants and business analysts


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of Sales, Marketing and/or customer data analytics experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:

• Work experience within the Communication, Media and Technology industries strongly preferred

• Operational or strategic exposure to sales/marketing organizations
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Sales/Customer strategy experience
• Customer targeting strategy creation and Customer Experience Definitions
• MBA or Advanced degree

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven ability to perform in a project oriented environment
• Excellent leadership and management skills
