In this role, you will partner directly with leaders and managers within a dedicated portfolio. Acting as the essential link between the business and our People Centres of Excellence (COEs), you will champion business needs, support process implementation, provide expert coaching, and drive successful people outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Business Partnering: Provide daily support to leaders and managers, helping them apply People frameworks and deliver local priorities.
- Manager Coaching: Coach leaders on performance conversations, engagement actions, team effectiveness, and the utilization of People tools.
- Execution of People Plans: Support the delivery of talent, engagement, capability development, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Process Enablement: Support the rollout of annual processes, including performance reviews, talent planning, and remuneration inputs.
- Change & Improvement: Guide managers through change initiatives, support new ways of working, and identify pain points to improve the employee experience.
- Issue Triage: Manage localized partnering queries and escalate complex or high-risk matters.
- Workforce Insights: Identify emerging themes, capability gaps, and engagement risks within your client groups.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of HR business partnering experience.
- Industry Context: Experience within retail, drinks, or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
- Transformation Capability: Proven experience contributing to organizations going through large-scale change and transformation.
- Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and autonomous settings.
- Influence & Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to influence, build trust, and communicate effectively across a complex, matrixed environment.
- Approach: A strategic, forward-thinking, and contemporary mindset grounded in a people-first philosophy.
