100% Remote position, working with an international team on AA or AAA games in an Unreal Studio 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of engineers to create exceptional, innovative technical solutions for our clients.   

• Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, management, and individual contributors. 

• Determine technical feasibility, risk assessment and technical specifications of features whilst ensuring exacting standards of code quality, reusability, and documentation. 

• Lead performance evaluations and optimization on supported platforms for both customer projects and internal technologies. 

• Manage a culture of open, honest, and respectful customer communication on behalf of your engineering team. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.  

• 10+ years of game development experience, and preferably 3 years' experience in a similar role. 

• Experience shipping AAA games on current generation consoles (PS5 / XSX) and/or PC using Unreal Engine 4/5 

• Strong skills in C/C++, performance analysis, optimization, and debugging.  

• Deep understanding of PC and console architecture, memory systems, and cross-platform development best practices.  

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with different audiences: artists, engineers, and managers.

• Experience with co-development partners either as a partner or as a client. 

• A shipped Unreal Engine 4/5 title
