We're looking for an Outbound Sales Manager to develop and execute our lead generation and pipeline building strategy. This person will be responsible for a national lead generation effort including the planning, implementation and reporting of campaigns and tactics to deliver the desired lead generation and awareness outcome and promote the Elevate K-12 brand. We need someone that will hit aggressive new lead acquisition and revenue goals via digital channels across paid, owned, and earned.
Manage outbound sales team
Demand Generation: Plan, manage, implement and report on lead generation and awareness campaigns and tactics including Webinars, Events, Advertising, Online Publications, Product, and trade shows
Manage internal and external communications for assigned campaigns and responsibilities
Ability to conduct Market Analysis, Research and Segmentation to target key personas
Manage the day-to-day execution, optimization and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure programs are optimized for tracking, reporting results and evaluating success.
Devise lead nurture campaigns to guide prospects through all stages of our enterprise sales funnel. This will include creating campaigns to nurture recycled and disqualified leads and build strategies and campaigns to accelerate the sales pipeline.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation (A/B or multivariate testing) to meet or exceed company goals

3+ years of experience driving lead generation and customer acquisition activities in a B2B environment
2+ years managing an outbound inside sales team
Strong knowledge of Salesforce
Experience managing an outbound inside sales team
A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling lead and MQL acquisition
Experience with SaaS products and/or educational courses and programs.
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
B2B lead generation experience
