Elevate K-12 is changing the way classrooms work through live, online, real-time instruction to K-12 schools. You are a visionary taskmaster in Chicago ready to lead our operational field support team for the onsite execution of our virtual classes in K-12 schools. You will be managing and training Classroom Coordinators during day to day operations in support of short and long-term goals in multiple regions. You thrive in a fast-paced and mission-focused environment.

• Manage and allocate field team resources across multiple markets

• Become the training expert for the Classroom Coordinators

• Coordinate with our project team to structure the program, ensuring successful implementation from a resource perspective

• Assist in the Classroom Coordinator hiring process

• Monitor Classroom Coordinator quality

• Ensure Classroom Coordinator call-offs are covered

• Work closely with our Regional Operations team in each market to ensure they have the support they need from the field team

• A Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of professional operations experience

• 2+ years of remote management experience

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in reports and analysis.

• Familiarity with k-12 schools.

• Retail management a plus!

• Experience with coordinating a remote workforce
