Job Description

We're looking for a sales-growth obsessed marketing professional to drive Elevate K-12’s B2B marketing initiatives in support of the sales as a function. As an essential member of the Elevate K-12 team, you will own marketing strategy and execution to help fuel the growth of our services to current and potential schools and districts. The right person will want to taking initiative, work  in a fast paced, dynamic environment and must have prior B2B marketing experience where the function’s direct initiatives impacted growth.

Qualifications

The Job:

  • Develop, manage and ensure execution of  the B2B marketing strategy to support and impact sales through the cycle from lead generation, closing and customer success and growth

  • Work closely with the company’s sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and support

  • Create brand awareness by utilizing social proofing strategies for potential customers

  • Plan and support trade show initiatives for multiple regions

  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition

  • Manage the unified brand message across all social, digital and non-digital platforms

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Some of this work will be done with our consultants and third parties

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Constant brainstorming….enough said!

What you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (marketing, PR or communications preferred or relevant experience)

  • Minimum of 4+ years of professional B2B marketing experience

  • Demonstrated success with content marketing with a B2B focus

  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles

  • Experience with salesforce and B2B online lead generation is a great plus

  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities

  • Displays high level of personal and professional integrity

  • Proficiency in time planning and management

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills

  • Experience in EdTech a huge plus!
