The Job:

• Drive overall strategy and leadership of Elevate K-12’s school-based operations

• Create the operational blueprint for scale for the upcoming school year  

• Lead, develop and grow the global operations team (online and offline)

• Execute a data-driven operations strategy

• Build the right operational metrics to measure and systemize operational growth

• Align subfunctions of operations

• Help drive a culture of cross-functional collaboration

• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

• Oversee daily function of the Operations department

• Effectively report to the CEO

What You Will Need:

• A ceaseless passion for making an impact!

• 10+ years of experience working in an operations function

• 5+ years of management

• Growth-experience through successful execution

• Outstanding ability to inspire and lead people

• Exceptional organizational skills

• The ability to work as part of a team

• Strategic critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Highly effective communication skills

• Prior experience of being in a fast-growing operations team is a plus!
