Job Description

Elevate K-12 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for its fast-growing team. Supporting the Operations team, this individual will lead and execute School Manager hiring and engagement efforts. Qualifications

What you will do:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for School Manager positions including, but not limited to, creating requisitions, managing job postings, conducting interviews, extending offers, coordinating pre-employment checks or verification process to meet the organizational hiring goals.

  • Communicates consistently and effectively to School Managers to drive engagement and retention

  • Responding to School Manager emergency situations, call-offs, and absences to ensure that client sites have coverage

  • Monitor communications from School Managers during live instruction sessions and handle escalation as appropriate

  • Works closely with the Regional Director of School Operations to ensure the area is aligned in all company processes and procedures with effective use of resources, identifying opportunities to strengthen area performance, and executing improvement initiatives.

  • Provide regular follow-up to the respective Regional Directors of School Operations and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

  • Ensure effective training is delivered to School Managers

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in reports and analysis.

  • Familiarity with k-12 schools.

  • Previous high-volume staffing experience.

  • Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment a strong positive.

  • Self-starter with high energy levels.

  • Experience with coordinating a remote workforce

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Branch managers and employees
