Job Description

Elevate K-12 is seeking a Recruitment & Engagement Manager for our Instructor team. Working in support of the Operations team, this individual will have the ability to lead and execute Instructor hiring and engagement efforts. Qualifications

What you will do:

  • Drive Instructor hiring and retention for Elevate K-12

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies across multiple channels including but not limited to social media, job boards, partnerships referral programs

  • Lead, motivate and monitor recruitment team of five to ten resources

  • Move applicants through hiring pipeline in a timely manner including administering contracts

  • Develop strategies for engaging and retaining current pool of Instructors

  • Define and track key metrics related to Instructor acquisition and engagement (e.g., cost to acquire)

  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Define and manage communication strategy with potential and current Instructors

  • Handle customer service and follow-up questions from potential and current Instructors

What you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Masters degree a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years experience

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Demonstrated self-starter; strong initiative

  • Detail oriented mindset

  • Team player mentality

  • Displays high level of personal and professional integrity
