Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive IAM projects: Identify, qualify and develop customer projects in the IAM and access management environment
  • Combine sales and business development: Support existing sales initiatives – especially together with new-business-focused sales teams, OEMs and partners – and independently generate new opportunities
  • Advise customers and partners: Provide technical and solution-oriented guidance to end customers, partners and system integrators on IAM use cases involving RFID, cards and mobile credentials
  • Manage sales cycles: Drive opportunities from initial contact through closing in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Build the ecosystem: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with software vendors, system integrators and specialized distributors
  • Understand use cases and markets: Analyze customer requirements, market trends and competitors within the IAM and security landscape
  • Represent ELATEC: Participate in customer meetings, partner events and selected industry trade fairs (e.g. it-sa)

Qualifications

You are a strong fit if you …

  • have several years of experience in a B2B environment, e.g. in sales, business development or IT/technology consulting
  • bring proven, hands-on experience in the IAM or PIAM domain and have worked extensively with use cases such as authentication, SSO, PC log-on or access control
  • have worked with complex, explainable solutions and are comfortable advising customers on a technical level
  • have experience working with software vendors, system integrators or technology partners
  • are willing to support IAM-related customer projects from a technical perspective and translate use cases into concrete solutions together with sales teams and partners
  • work independently, in a structured way, and with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • speak fluent English (German is a big plus)
