Job Description
Are you a talented and strategic marketing professional with a passion for creative storytelling and visual communication? KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you excel in graphic design, social media management, and content creation, we want you to help shape our brand's identity and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and values.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective social media strategies and content.
Content Calendar Management:
- Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic approach to messaging across all platforms.
- Regularly post content to keep our brand at the forefront of daily newsfeeds.
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute creative brand storytelling strategies.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in graphic design and visual communication, creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Design Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in using Canva and familiarity with other design tools.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of various social media platforms, capable of analyzing trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality visual representation of the brand.
Desired Soft Skills:
- Creativity and Keen Eye for Detail: Ability to generate unique ideas and concepts, effectively communicating the brand's message through visual content and storytelling.

- Must be located in Miami, FL.
- Availability to work in the office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and social media.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and metrics.
- Highly creative with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
