Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Processing client applicant product requests within strict deadlines.
  • Searches and retrieves information from files, computer records, and other documents.
  • Produce high quality and timely investigative reports.
  • Locates information and documents quickly and accurately in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
  • Supplies timely updates and notifications of delays.
  • Understands the court system and terminology, and interprets results.
  • Communicates effectively with courts to retrieve additional information as needed.
  • Performs duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Performing online searches - court dockets, statutes.
  • Ordering court documents from researchers.
  • Contacting clerks, courts and county offices by phone and or email as needed.
  • Reviewing researcher and court documents.
  • Applying federal/state/client restrictions to client reporting details.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with the internet, including internet research experience.
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong writing and investigative skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all.
  • Ability to understand legal terminology.
  • Equal balance of speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with FCRA a plus.
  • Exceptional Organizational skills with the ability to PRIORITIZE while meeting crucial deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, security rules in all aspects of the job.
  • College Degree preferred
  • 1 year of experienced in an office environment preferred.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
  • Have or ability to pass security clearance for PERC (Permanent Employment Registration Card)

Customer Service

  • Client Focused: Maintain confidentiality and ability to demonstrate a pleasant demeanor on the telephone and in person.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate needs and ideas to investigators, clients, vendors, and company staff.
  • Excellent customer services skills to provide high-quality service to daily clients including the ability to resolve customer service issues.

Technology Skills

  • Technical nimbleness to learn new proprietary reporting and case management programs.
  • Operating knowledge of and experience with Google Suite of apps including Gmail, Google Docs and Form.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Usage of telephones, copier, printers (paper, toner & ink change), intranet and Internet.
