Job Description

Project Role

  1. Ability to manage the design (Dry Utilities - MV, LV, HV and street lighting) of a project.
  2. Role will normally be as Electrical Design Engineer on Infrastructure projects of various sizes.
  3. Agree design philosophy/design fundamentals.
  4. Coordinate with BIM Technicians on deliverables.
  5. Demonstrates all round technical competence.
  6. Have knowledge of Electrical Design concepts (MV, LV, HV and street lighting).
  7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  8. Problem Solving & planning skills with ability to find innovative & practical solutions and with minimal supervision.
  9. Willings to adopt new technologies in the Dry Utilities Infrastructure Design.
  10. Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  11. Be detail oriented and organized while being able to multitask and shift priorities with ease.
  12. Should be responsible for Quality on their deliverables.
  13. Have knowledge of delivery in BIM/CAD standards and 3D working.

Qualifications

Typically, a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the relevant field is required. A graduate qualification is necessary, along with a proven track record as a Design Engineer on multiple projects.

  2. Etap modelling.
  3. Dialux EVO/AGI 32 for lighting calculation.
  4. MV network design.
  5. LV network design.
  6. Street lighting Design.
  7. Master Planning design experience.
  8. Design Report preparation.
  9. Pumpstation MEP design.
