Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of hospitality or residential projects from inception through delivery. You will work collaboratively with architects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to professional excellence in a dynamic project environment.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal departments
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Monitor and control project costs, track expenses, and manage change orders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of project management experience in hospitality or residential construction/development projects
  • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong knowledge of PMC (Project Management Consultant) processes and best practices
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
  • Willingness to work on-site in AlUla and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
