Job Description

Egis is seeking a highly skilled Senior EA and Governance to CEO & CFO for our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. This role is vital in providing high-level support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our executive governance processes. The successful candidate will be adept at managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating with stakeholders, and upholding compliance standards within the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritising appointments and ensuring effective time management.
  • Governance & Business Rhythm: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, track actions, and ensure compliance with executive responsibilities.
  • Administration & Business Support: Prepare high-quality presentations, compile reports, manage confidential documents, and coordinate meeting logistics.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional administrative and organisational skills, allowing you to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ease. Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality documents, presentations, and reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with an exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.

The ability to manage and prioritise urgent matters effectively is key, as you will need to handle competing demands while maintaining composure. Flexibility is also important, as there may be times when you need to work outside of standard hours to accommodate international time zones or urgent business needs.

We highly value experience within professional services or a global, matrix organisation. This background will give you a solid understanding of the complexities involved in supporting senior leadership within a large, multinational company. Your experience will enable you to navigate the challenges of a global business environment and contribute effectively to our team’s success.
