Job Description
As the Clients & Growth Lead within our Water & Energy service line, you will be responsible for partnering with existing and new clients to drive growth whilst keeping to our strategic plan.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Formulating and communicating marketing and growth strategies for the Water & Energy service line.
- Conducting market investigations, analysing forecasts, and assessing market trends.
- Maintaining the strong existing relationships we have with our customers whilst nurturing new relationships through identifying/developing new lines of business opportunity.
- Leading the completion of pre tender activities such as EOI’s, ROI’s, pre-qualifications and the like, understanding client drivers and positioning us to be the consultancy of choice.
- Developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to take advantage of the opportunity pipeline in sectors outside of our current portfolio of work.
- Take a proactive, client centric approach to identifying challenges and opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Negotiating commercial and technical aspects with clients

- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development, with a focus on driving growth.
- Strong skills in market analysis and forecasting to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience leading pre-tender activities and understanding client needs to position us as the consultancy of choice.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative marketing and growth strategies.
- A proactive, client-focused approach to solving problems and identifying new opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully navigate commercial and technical discussions.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
