Job Description

We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our Sunshine Coast Urban Development team. Reporting to the Urban Development Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team. This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
  • Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
  • Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
  • Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
  • Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
  • Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in an office administration role.
  • Experience in management support.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
  • Advanced diary management, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
