Job Description

At Egis ANZ, the Senior Bid Advisor takes charge of crucial bid deliveries, meticulously aligning our brand and value proposition with the specific needs of clients in the ANZ region.

Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, the Senior Bid Advisor ensures that bids meet both technical and commercial requirements outlined by clients and adhere to Egis ANZ's rigorous standards. This role is integral to not only showcasing our capabilities but also building lasting relationships with clients, thereby contributing significantly to our success in the ANZ market.

Responsibilities and scope include (but not limited to)

  • Leading bid preparation from prequalification to submission, adhering to Egis ANZ processes.
  • Managing all aspects of proposal writing to ensure high-quality submissions, including editing responses from various stakeholders, highlighting competitive advantages, and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining the proposal content library, aligning it with our service offerings and sales strategy, and including photos, client feedback, innovations, and post-tender reviews.
  • Creating presentation materials such as handouts, graphical presentations, and case studies related to proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Go/No-Go process and involving appropriate support committees.
  • Fostering strong relationships with Business Line and Service Line leads, and technical experts, seeking their assistance when needed.
  • Collaborating with the Clients and Markets Director and Marketing team to strategically position Egis ANZ for opportunities.
  • Assisting the Clients and Markets Director in managing the Key Client Program.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Marketing and Communications (preferred but not essential)
  • In depth knowledge of business-to-business bid management, marketing and communications
  • A strong understanding of marketing-related concepts, such as advertising, marketing analytics, and consumer behaviour
  • Strong understanding of business development and capture planning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work with Senior Business Leaders to provide advice and support
  • Ability to support, encourage and grow team members
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • MS Office skills, proficient in written and spoken English

Experience within a Professional Services, Consulting and/or Engineering environment is considered advantageous
