Job Description

We are currently seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented BIM Modellers to join our office in London. If you have an impressive design portfolio and are passionate about working on exciting UK & international projects in a dynamic design-led environment, we would love to hear from you.   

Responsibilities:

  • Generating discipline-specific model geometry and associated metadata to objects, aligning with company and project guidelines.
  • Applying architectural design knowledge in creating BIM models and assisting with discipline-specific model quality assurance.
  • Collaborating with project and design team leaders, as well as BIM Management, to address BIM coordination issues and deliver BIM models and associated data developed to the required complexity at each project stage.
  • Produce and maintain accurate BIM project information whilst ensuring the timely delivery of required outputs.
  • Production of technical drawings, creating, maintaining, or modifying BIM models
  • Coordinating with other design disciplines on design changes and discipline-specific model updates.
  • Liaising with various parties, including external consultants and the internal operation team, for project execution and delivery of architectural design.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related construction design discipline.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in BIM modelling within an architectural practice or building services.
  • Advanced proficiency in the current version of Autodesk Revit or Microstation and a certified Professional in Revit is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Revit family creation workflows, Revit / AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks & BIM360 is advantageous.
  • Awareness of IS019650 global BIM and information management standards is highly preferred.
  • IS019650 Global BIM Standards Certification is preferred.
