We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing critical project documentation and contributing to our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Document Controller at Egis in ANZ, you will:

  1. Manage Document Flow: Maintain control of all project-related documentation, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.

  2. Data Management: Organize, catalog, and archive project documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and in compliance with industry standards.

  3. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to facilitate efficient document sharing, revision control, and data accuracy.

  4. Quality Assurance: Monitor document processes, identifying and rectifying discrepancies to maintain the highest quality standards.

  5. Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to industry regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in document control, ideally in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
