Job Description

Responsible for answering phones and helping with customer service and other administrative tasks. 

Customer Relations
•    Answer inbound calls
•    Maintain an upbeat, compassionate and solution oriented presence when on phones
•    Strive to create strong connections with customers
•    Assist in responding to company emails within 24 hours and with a friendly voice
•    Identify the customer needs and make strong recommendations
•    Take in-season enrollments and provide ongoing customer service
•    Support Camp Directors and Regional Managers with their administrative needs

Office Support
•    Oversee supplies, energy and culture of office
•    Sort and distribute mail
•    Help manage all files & paperwork in office
•    Assist in any additional administrative tasks as needed by other member of the Camp EDMO team

Note: Though this is an entry level position, we are looking for someone that can be groomed into an Office Manager role over the following year. 

Qualifications

•    Experience answering multiple line phones
•    Interest in the non-profit sector
•    High comfort level working with phones, spreadsheets, database updates and sending professional emails
•    Experience with Salesforce or various enrollment software is a plus
•    Familiar with Mac and PC platforms
•    Poised, well spoken, professional and friendly demeanor
•    Ability to create a positive office culture and to work as a team with current office staff
•    Excels in a fast paced and tight-knit office environment
•    Organized and detailed oriented

Additional Information

Hours: 40+ hours/week

Salary: $49,900/year + benefits

Note: Though this is an entry level position, we are looking for someone that can be groomed into an Office Manager role over the following year. 

Location is currently Camp EDMO Home Office, 2295 Palou Avenue, SF CA - though the office may move to an East Bay location in the upcoming year.
