Job Description

● Business development, marketing, and communication of services.
● Manage products, people and processes
● Improve user experience and user interface of our various products.
● Identify, generate, and advance leads for business marketing
● Organize and maintain a CRM network
● Initiate and monitor sales through cold email campaigns
● Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and
working with the client through the closing process
● Developing business and marketing strategy for the growth and development of
the organization to generate sales
● Manage the strategic and tactical direction of our online and offline marketing
efforts to drive growth targets through strategic partnerships, data-driven
marketing, demand-generation campaigns, and service positioning.
● Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns.
● Coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted
sales strategies
● Building business relationships with current and potential clients
● Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
● Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
● Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial which includes
monthly sales objectives and initiative.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales; MSc is an advantage.
● 8 – 10 years Business Development/marketing experience.
● Must have strong marketing and communication skills.
● Win and deliver business and build our reputation further; work with all
departments to secure the necessary resources to put in place the actions to
achieve that vision.
● Developing business and marketing strategy for the growth and development of
the organization to generate sales
● Manage the strategic and tactical direction of our online and offline marketing

marketing, demand-generation campaigns, and service positioning.
● Increasing the customer base of the organization.
