Job Description

EcoVadis is looking for a Network Growth Account Executive whose responsibility would be to ensure the acquisition of new suppliers in order to grow the EcoVadis network of assessed companies, boost response rates with potential customers while driving value throughout their EcoVadis experience. 

As a Network Growth Account Executive, you will contact only companies in North America and LATAM that have already been recommended to Ecovadis by their own clients (i.e. this is not cold calling). To these companies, you will be a trusted advisor, shaping their first (and future) experiences with us. 

This position interacts with all EcoVadis customers (buyers & suppliers) as well as multiple business units internally to provide high touch service that respects the relationship of the customers to EcoVadis and is a true EcoVadis ambassador.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, webinars, etc to accompany them during the onboarding process, solve their queries and increase response rates for the North American and LATAM markets and ultimately convince them to adopt our EV solution.
  • Appropriately communicate EcoVadis product capabilities and associated business benefits to address customer needs throughout the onboarding process.
  • Identify and target “high value” customers (i.e outreach with customized approach) and take appropriate steps to engage them successfully by using Sales tactics.
  • Manage, monitor and drive your portfolio to maximize conversion.
  • Be proactive to nurture and build your pipeline, re-engage customers and maximize inflow.
  • Identify risks (i.e limited activity, communication issues, etc.) to the customers successful completion of the EcoVadis onboarding and evaluation process while actively working to mitigate issues before they happen. Work with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange.
  • Understand and communicate industry best practices and the evolution of EcoVadis product and platform functionality, methodology, and administrative services integral to the customer's success.
  • Be autonomous to manage all your tasks efficiently, display commercial awareness to identify proactively business opportunities.
  • Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report & contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management, & other EcoVadis Business Units to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations & participation.
  • Be accountable to drive a set of KPIs (Revenue Generation (ARR), Quality score, etc).
  • Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Minimum 2 years working experience (familiarity with the North America and LATAM markets is a plus) in a support/sales/account management/customer success role.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Complete comfort with proactively making phone calls (to potential customers).
  • Customer and quality oriented attitude.
  • Commercial awareness and competitive mindset.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize based on business/customer needs. 
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups 
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable quickly adapting to new software and tools (Salesforce a plus).
  • Ability to work well in an international high growth fast-paced team environment.
