Job Description

The Summer Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We prepared 10 cross-department paths in different locations, so don’t hesitate to apply to join us for this summer!

Position description 

We are looking for an intern to join our Procurement and Finance Teams for the 4 months Internship Program. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

Procurement tasks:

  • building Vendor Relationship Management (creating vendor profiles, uploading and validating data, vendor repository)
  • Development of Contract Management Module ( based on vendor profiles develop KPI, checkpoints, alignment protocols etc.) 

Finance - Billing and Collection tasks:

  • Sending debt collection Reminder
  • Clearing payment anomalies
  • Download client invoices 
  • Sending payment confirmation
  • Doing SC qualification.

Qualifications

  • Degree Holder (fresh graduate) or University student looking for an on-site work placement for their university project will be considered.
  • A demonstrated commitment to CSR and sustainability fields;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Excellent command of Google Suite and MS Office tools, especially exceptional Excel skills (analytics & data visualization, including the ability to communicate quantitative data into a visually engaging story and organize/ integrate large amounts of information into concise presentation) and PowerPoint ;
  • Ability to use Salesforce is a plus;
  • Experience with building dashboards and/or with monitoring/reporting;
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Pro-activeness and creativity in problem solving;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work well in an international environment;
  • Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
