We're on the lookout for a talented FP&A Expert to serve as a Finance Business Partner, contributing their financial expertise to drive strategic decision-making and foster growth in our innovative SaaS company.

 

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, offering insightful analysis, forecasting, and financial guidance to support key business initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-Levels and other business leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with various departments to optimize resource allocation and productivity, and support sustainable and scalable growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform financial strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Prior working experience in a Big 4 in Audit (or Transaction Services)
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Good command of English is required
  • Autonomy and proactiveness
  • Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
  • Proven track record of driving results and implementing process improvements
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
