We are looking for an intern to join our Network Growth team. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects connected to analytics and the development of our global programs. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Customer interview on the experience of new solutions (Carbon/Vitals)

• Customer Experience analytics

• Feedback loop to be created between various teams (Marketing, IT,  Solutions, etc...)

• Remediation and improvement plan to be prepared and addressed

Qualifications

We are looking for a business or social sciences major, and someone interested in a career in Operations working in a fast-paced technology company. You must have an outgoing personality, be organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Specific qualifications for the role include:

- Full proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A Team player that can work in an international environment
- Someone who can work independently when receiving clear guidelines/instructions from Management
- Someone who is acting in a responsible and accountable way with tasks assigned to her/him
- An interest for Technology & B2B Tools will be a plus
- Any exposure in previous internships/jobs on Client-related data analysis and other tools
- Someone with either a Business or social sciences background will be great for this role
