Job Description

The Discovery Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We prepared 14 cross-department paths in different locations, so don’t hesitate to apply to join us!

We are looking for an intern to join two teams for projects related to our Customer-oriented departments in Paris for 4 months. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects connected to analytics and the development of our global programs for the Sales and Customer Success teams. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collect best practices from requesting clients

  • Formalize these best practices so that they can be used by CS and Sales team members during strategic meetings with clients

  • Liaise with CS team members, RevOps (Enablement), and the Customer Advocacy team in order to nurture these three teams with clients best practices

  • Operational Support (Supplier Mapping, Platform Creation)

Qualifications

We are looking for a business or engineering major, and someone interested in a career in Operations working in a fast-paced technology company. You must have an outgoing personality, be organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Specific qualifications for the role include:

- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communication

- High interest in strategy, processes & operations.

- Very good command of spoken and written English 

- Ability to work in an international and fast paced environment

- Good time management with strong organizational skills

- High proficiency in Google Suite tools (Slides, Spreadsheet, Documents). Good content (slides) designing skills required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
