We are looking for an intern to join two teams for projects related to our Alliances and client onboarding projects in Barcelona for 4 months. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects connected to analytics and the development of our global programs.

• Support Alliances Operations Manager with strategic initiatives to scale and standardize global operations.

• Coordinate activities, share updates and ensure efficient collaboration between Alliance's team and Ecovadis strategic partners.

• Administer our CRM system (Salesforce), to enrich and update partner accounts.

• Manage Alliances governance-related tasks such as: Intranet maintenance, team’s shared drive organization & global meetings coordination.

• Manage Alliances Operations communication across the organization.

• Support Global & Regional teams during new partners onboarding process.

• Reporting: create operational reporting (SF reporting etc.)

• Analyze and coordinate the implementation of HubSpot

• Coordinate pilots related to new tools & processes to boost productivity

We are looking for a business or engineering major, and someone interested in a career in Operations working in a fast-paced technology company. You must have an outgoing personality, be organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Specific qualifications for the role include:

- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science and/or Engineering (Min. Bachelor Degree)

- High interest in new technologies and a basic understanding of their principle application in the business context. - High interest in strategy, processes & operations.

- Ideally some relevant experience like internships in the areas of operations

- Very good command of spoken and written English (Spanish is a plus)

- Ability to work in an international and fast paced environment

- Good time management with strong organizational skills

- High proficiency in Google Suite tools (Slides, Spreadsheet, Documents). Good content (slides) designing skills required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Proficiency with CRM like Salesforce would be a plus
