Job Description

The Revenue Operations & Strategy team’s goal is to play a critical role in driving key company objectives such as: deliver sustainability impact at scale, create value for our customers, support the growth of a long term sustainable business, and continue to cultivate world class talent. We do this by working closely with all levels in the company to help  in defining and driving forward  strategic, operational, and organizational improvements at Ecovadis.

We are looking for a Frontline Strategy  Business Partner who will help drive the performance and effectiveness of Frontline - our GTM Team. Your role will be to partner with our regional & global leaders to plan, monitor, & adjust the business in real time. This will require developing a deep context of the issues at hand, pragmatic decision making, and the ability to navigate complex environments. A successful candidate is someone who is: analytic with a strong attention to detail, comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders, knows the power of harnessing data, is passionate about sustainability, and excited to work in an international environment.

Your responsibilities would include (not exclusively):

  • You will be responsible to work within the region(s) you are assigned to model targets, forecasts, and measure performance against targets. This will form the backbone of the planning and modeling you will be responsible to run in your region(s) 
  • You will work with regional leaders to review team plans, quota allocation, and target achievements.
  • Once plans are made you will be responsible to implement and act on those plans. A key to success will be the ability to move from an intangible plan to tangible actions and coordinated efforts. 
  • You will lead sessions  to create regional models against a global vision, using analysis and insight of data provided. These may include annual planning sessions, and then regular & quarterly business reviews. 
  • For your Region(s) you will monitor the progress against targets (financial & other), be responsible to prepare forecasts, and deeply understand the business of the region. 
  • From your insight, you will direct any changes of priorities, actions, or goals, across your region together with various partner functions across Ecovadis. 
  • Partnering with other teams, You will  work proactively to find insight and highlight potential challenges, using data analytics, and external sources when necessary.
  • Additionally, you will support execution of high-impact strategic projects, transformational initiatives, and the evolution of Frontline strategy.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years experience in: Sales or Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Financial or Business Analysis, Consulting, Strategy, Planning familiarity with field sales organizations, processes, and go-to-market motions is a plus
  • You have solid problem solving & analytical skills, are able to prioritize, and you aren’t afraid to ask questions. 
  • You have experience building and using high-quality data models, Excel is essential, and experience in Salesforce & Tableau is highly beneficial.
  • You are someone who is experienced and comfortable managing large cross-functional projects and workshops, and then can distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans. 
  • You are accustomed to collaborating effectively with all levels of an organization; able to assess where gaps exist for key decisions and drive an aligned outcome to achieve results. Being skilled at issue management and managing expectations is essential. 
  • You have an excellent level of communication and presentation skills. You are at ease presenting to all levels of the organization - new joiners to top executives. 
  • Professional proficiency in English is required;  French or German is a plus.
