Job Description

The Network Growth Team Leader will work alongside the Senior Regional Manager and Deputy Team Lead to support our customers and Account Executives operating within our Americas region. 

You will be fully focused on managing a team of Account Executives, reporting directly to the director for operational aspects and to the Sr Regional Manager for any region-related topics.

Role and responsibilities

Team

  • Manage daily operations and reporting for the Network Growth Account Executives and ensure productivity and quality standards are met, 
  • Provide individual feedback and coaching for success, drive operational excellence,
  • Collaborate with Sr Regional Manager and deputy Team Lead to ensure the team is achieving assigned targets,
  • Help drive change management and ensure team adoption of sales tactics and new processes,
  • Train & mentor new team members - Participate in recruitment processes, 
  • Proactively flag team needs or opportunities for improvement and offer solutions.

Region

  • Collaborate with other frontline teams (ex: CS, Sales) to deliver the regional success plan (taking part in QBR and local initiatives),
  • Monitor high-impact and large clients/campaigns in collaboration with Customer Success to maximize success ,
  • Build a local team culture that embodies the EcoVadis values and mission.

Self

  • Lead by example - mastering Sales tactics and Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge,
  • Be accountable to drive a set of KPIs (Conversion rate, Quality score, etc.),
  • Be autonomous to manage all your tasks efficiently,
  • Display commercial awareness to identify proactively business opportunities,
  • Act as a backup for the Sr Regional Manager during absence to ensure business continuity.

Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.

You’ll also be part of the Network Growth management group and will have the opportunity to contribute and collaborate with other Team Leads,  Regional Managers, and our Global director.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience of a revenue generating team,
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
  • Extensive Sustainability ratings business knowledge,
  • Excellent Time Management skills - the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines,
  • Ability to interpret data to identify actions,
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups,
  • Autonomous and proactive,
  • Proactive in suggesting, designing, and implementing ideas and improvements.

Requirements

  • You must be located in Mexico City
  • Must be fluent in English and proficiency in Spanish
