Job Description

EcoVadis is currently seeking a motivated Agile Coach to be a valuable addition to our expert team of Agile Coaches. If you’re seeking a position with strong growth potential where you can make a difference and influence the way how the company is organized look no further. 

As an Agile Coach you will be helping teams and leaders in the organization to realize and act on their highest potential. You will be working on providing visibility and transparency of processes, preparation and facilitation of key ceremonies and coaching and training teams and leaders through hands-on exercises and workshops. Your ultimate goal will be to form a deep Agile understanding across the organization to enable the highest possible value delivery to all company customers and stakeholders.

You will be establishing and promoting radical transparency with relevant organizational and product metrics and team health visualization tools.

You will be helping with and facilitating workshops and high level ceremonies in a scaled setup with multiple teams and be a part of forming decisions around our scaling operating model.

You will be preparing training materials, exercises, workshops and knowledge sharing sessions and execute those to help create a deep understanding of Agile and enable teams and leaders to effectively implement Agile practices on a daily basis.

You will be advising, coaching, training, and facilitating best practices in various disciplines (e.g., understanding the customer needs, product discovery and kick-offs, incremental and early delivery, team effectiveness and close cooperation, delivering business and stakeholder value, short feedback loops etc.) and help removing barriers to success.

You will be working hands-on with our product and engineering teams, our leaders and all relevant stakeholders within the organization, including the sponsors on the highest level of management.

Qualifications

  • You have a passion for communication, group dynamics and coaching.
  • You proactively raise and resolve issues to drive change.
  • You have an insatiable appetite for experimenting, learning new things and improving existing practices.
  • You are not afraid to challenge status quo and manage expectations from different stakeholders
  • You have the patience and discipline to follow complex and long-lasting changes through to a successful end.
  • 5+ years working experience as an Agile coach and mentor, who has worked with cross-functional teams 
  • You have deep understanding of Agile, Lean and Kanban concepts as well as Scaled Agile methods and you have experience adapting them to local contexts
  • You have strong experience with facilitating large workshops in a scaled environment (multiple teams cooperating on the same product)
  • You have relevant certifications as Agile Coach/Practitioner 
  • You have the ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment in a fast-growing company
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Self-driven and team player.
  • Open for feedback, collaboration and compromises
