Job Description

EcoVadis is the world leader in Sustainability Ratings. With 1,200 enterprise customers, 120,000 rated customers and 1.7M+ screened companies for risk, we are on a mission to guide all companies towards a sustainable world. EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.

Within the Product and Solutions department, the Vitals team is responsible for the development and growth of EcoVadis Vitals solution as part of the new solution department. 

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join the team and report to the Group Product Manager for this area. In this role you will roll-out and scale the latest addition to the Ecovadis solution suite. Additionally, you will improve the customer journey and expand the breadth and completeness of the Vitals add-on. Successful candidates will have a solid foundation in product management, the ability to lead development and manage multiple stakeholders, and a track record of overcoming complex problems and reaching strategic alignment with the solution portfolio to scale the product and Ecovadis.


In this role you will have both Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities:

Product Manager responsibilities:

  • Own an area of the product and be responsible for driving product evolution and innovation through opportunity and solution discovery for the Ecovadis Vitals add-on.
  • Participate in overall product strategy, including researching and developing requirements for our products;
  • Elicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating in user research supported by direct contact with users / customers;
  • Interact with Customer Success , Sales and Service of Engagement team to ensure that the product meet business needs and quality standards;
  • Work closely with various teams from the Product and Solutions department to ensure that product is evolving in alignment with EcoVadis Portfolio strategy;
  • Participate in defining and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data that drives the success of our products;
  • Bring insights from our product’s data and analytics to inform decision-making

 

Product Owner responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other Product Managers and Product Owners, Engineering Team, Design to ensure delivery of the product roadmap and first class experience
  • As a product owner, be the functional referent of your team;
  • Manage your backlog based on priorities to deliver the maximum of values;
  • Contribute to the product discovery;
  • Translate functional, product, or business requirements into user stories;
  • Work closely with business users, testers and development team during QA stages;
  • Report status to stakeholders and management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Product Management/ Product Owner experience at a tech company
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS and AI technologies and systems
  • You communicate effectively and can act as the liaison between various stakeholders in the business including design and technical teams
  • You show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the box
  • You have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience
  • Fluency in the English language - other languages are a plus
  • Relevant university degree
  • Experience and/or knowledge of sustainability, supply chains, procurement and due diligence regulations is beneficial
  • Entrepreneurial/Founders mindset  - ability to pursue new and unprecedented opportunities, pushing beyond “the known”, taking bold steps
