Job Description

EcoVadis is looking for a Business Analyst to help drive performance and increase engagement from our sustainable procurement supply chain network. In this role you will be reporting to the Business Analyst Lead and play a pivotal role in driving the strategy for critical projects, optimizing processes and delivering impactful solution design decisions. You will also:

  • Work with key stakeholders and product owners to anticipate and understand detailed requirements, impacts and functional specifications.
  • Act as a translator between functional and technical teams; document and present detailed solution designs and testing based on feedback from both teams.
  • Analyze user stories and process flows to support the design and development of technical solutions for our delivery teams.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for product and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with the functional, delivery and technical teams to ensure solutions are documented, aligned with business and operational objectives and support long-term strategic goals.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical bugs in the EcoVadis tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and log them in Jira when required. 
  • Act as a troubleshooter for tech stack by responding to support requests from teammates (via Slack, Jira).
  • Given the steep growth of EcoVadis, your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolving and might encompass part, all or more of the above.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot and other tools used by customer facing teams.
  • Proven analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in writing solution designs and supporting quality testing
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment
